These terms govern your use of Pipeply, a CRM for independent sales professionals. By creating an account, you agree to these conditions.
2. Service
Pipeply provides lead management, pipeline, capture pages and features according to your plan. We may update the product with notice when relevant.
3. Account responsibility
You are responsible for your password security and for data entered on the platform, including third-party leads obtained with proper consent.
4. Data
We process data per our Privacy Policy. You act as controller of your leads' data; Pipeply acts as processor.
5. Limitation
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect losses from CRM use, within applicable law limits.
