Data processing agreement (DPA)

1. Scope
This DPA applies when Pipeply processes personal data on behalf of customer accounts using the platform.
2. Roles
The customer acts as data controller of lead data; Pipeply acts as data processor and follows documented customer instructions.
3. Subprocessors
Pipeply uses subprocessors for hosting, email, authentication, and billing. The current list with name, purpose, and location is at /legal/subprocessors.
4. Security measures
Pipeply applies encryption in transit, access controls, tenant isolation, audit logging, and secure credential management.
5. Data subject requests
Customers can handle access and deletion requests via the privacy self-service portal or customer support channels.
